2017 Ultra Limited intercom
Hi all well my Ultra Limited is 15 months old and I regret the day I bought it. Im sorry to say that but truthfully its been one headache after the other. Ive had the cables replaced 3 times, the headsets in the helmets replaced twice, still to no avail. The dealership I bought it off have now changed hands so Ive had to explain myself yet again. Now that Ive set them straight they are attempting to assist me in getting what I paid for. They have been in touch with Harley Davidson in the States requested a new boombox to which was declined weve now had to go through the makers of the boombox asking the same question to which they required the dealership to open an account with them. They the makers of the boombox are sending out a refurbished boombox instead of a new one. As anyone who buys new expects to have what they pay for. Im disgusted in the whole process and with Harley Davidson and the makers of the boombox you all should be ashamed of yourselves. My wife is a lawyer and we intend to follow up with a consumers rights letter.
