Hey, I've got a 2004 Electra-glide and want a little more noise. Does anyone know of a slip-on I can use that won't make it run too lean and maybe burn a piston? Rather not have to go the PC III and breather route as that kills the gas mileage.

Thanks,
R0ckie

The Rush slip-ons seem to be really popular among forum members.

On a '04 you cen just about put ANY MUFFLER (Slip-on) you want.....

Now if you change the Air Kit you WILL have to install a Fuel Management System.... (aka complete the stage 1)

WORD TO THE WISE..... Louder DOES NOT mean - better PERFORMANCE

What pappy said is true. Loud does not mean performance, but, I have Sampson drag fishtails, and love them. They are definately loud, and as far as performance, I haven't noticed the difference. But, they may just be me.

I have been happy with HOOKERS, they have a tuning adjustment. I open up the right side all the way (freeflow) and close the left side (muffled). This creates a some what of a two into one effect for power. Sounds just right. I just have the Stage 1 and it runs fine. 13,000 miles last year, no trbls.
