It’s most likely the breather puking oil. It’s very common, run the oil a little lower and it may help. You can do an external breather or catch can but I’d be willing to bet the moco would use that as a reason to void your power train warranty
the warranty is crap anyway.they won't replace a oil sending switch.light comes on shut off motor and restart and its ok until next time. they say it must stay on to replace.rear brake has squealed since day one and they won't do anything about it.now rear brake has a moan at low speeds. i will change rotor and pads and it will be fine. bike is under warranty for two more months.bad thing is i have extended service plan. Harley warranty is no good.oil switch cost 13.00 and takes 10 minutes to change.you would think they would want to keep a GOOD customer.

I used to think that too, but Harley is only loyal to themselves and their shareholders. You can cance your esp and get a prorated refund. Its pretty ridiculous to have to spend a lot of money after the fact to make it run the way it should from the factory
