Did you replace the air shocks with something else?
If you replaced the air shocks with something else, what is the spring rate of the new shocks, and what is the weight of you and everything (and everyone) else that you're carrying on the motorcycle?
What is your front and rear laden sag measurements?
i put on a set of the hand adjustable shocks off of a street glide special.
My my original post states my weight and cargo weight. Im 235 and have approx 10 lbs in the bags. My wife rides her own, so no passenger.
On my 2017 Ultra Limited the throttle side shock was mounted opposite of this diagram. Which seems to be upside down to me, but in all reality, it doesnt matter.

If you plan on adding a 4 point docking station it does matter how the right shock is installed, and it should be as shown in the above pictures. I have a 2015 Streetglide and mine came opposite of the picture and I had to flip it end for end because the other end is too wide for the backrest mount to fit.
I'm 195 lbs and I have mine set at 3 turns which I think was 6 clicks.
Moved the dial down to 0 today, still feels stiffer/ harder than the stock air shocks. Im going to give them a go here for a while, but may go back to air.
In all honesty, I was was expecting the ride height to stay the same an and to feel a big difference for the better, so Im a bit disappointed with them. They feel much lower than my 12 air shocks. I wonder if more preload will make a difference. In the ride and height, Only time will tell.

Experimented a bit more today, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and settled on 7.5. Started seeing a vast improvement at 5, but the 7.5. Seems to eat up the bumps the best, but may be a bit too but way better than 0-3.
Ill ll keep playing to find the sweet spot, Utah I’m getting,Ng close. Also with the shocks stiffer, I don’t feel like I’m sitting on the ground.
Feeling Much better today with my purchase.

Got mine installed, haven't really had much riding time as it's been raining it's **** off. Last time I took it out I had my g/f with me. Had it on 5 I believe, it was definitely better than the stock air assist shocks. Hope to get on the road soon and play with the settings and then just go ride.
