First thing stop bitching go to another dealer. Was down in FL the other year ran into a guy with the same bike as the one I had a 2014 SGS we got talking and he paid 4000.00 then me for the same bike. So I stopped at a dealer in Fl later that week he was right prices are higher in the south than the north. So check up north buy your up here ride it home and let the over priced dealer take of the warranty work if any. I use a very good dealer in Pa. they treat people right. Iron Valley Harley Davidson the are part of the Whites HD group with 3 dealership I am almost sure they can get you the bike you want. Call Mike Jamison @ 717 664 0888 tell Fred Deeley told you to call, everyone I have sent to Mike said they got a fair deal.
NO, just calling out BS when we see it. Prefer fact based conversation to hearsay. The forum is meant to help folks not steer them astray.
You have no way of possibly knowing what folks are paying "out the door" for their bikes unless you work at the "Stealership" you referenced.
And then commenting on such as an insider would be considered promoting propaganda and that's both unprofessional and unethical.
So either your repeating hearsay without having the facts or your talking out of school. Either way not very cool.
Then again we all know a dealer or sales person would never tell us a little white lie, right?
I can believe your dealer told you that, I don't believe he told you the truth.
I don't stick my head up a bulls *** to buy a good steak,I pretty much take the butchers word on it. I'm touched your so sensitive about the readers of this forum. But somehow I'm sure they will survive.
take a shot relax and step away from your keyboard.
Was this at the lovely Smokin' HD? It was so funny they wanted $5k over MSRP for a 18 RG CVO back in December, I laughed in his face and walked out.
Nope....wasnt Smoking...so I guess its pretty common practice around here. :-P
Biggest thing for me is that I already have a ton of jack invested in the bike I have.....and I still LOVE my bike...so at some point the cash investment on a CVO is great enough that I could take that money and invest in my current bike for an even better motorcycle that is truly my creation vice a CVO. I am not knocking the dealer, as I know eventually someone will pay the extra markup, they just need to be patient to find that guy...I just wish they would hurry up and do it so I dont have to toss the idea around in my head!! LOLZ
