Might sound silly but I took my bike into the dealer yesterday for the same reason.
I have about 8700 miles on the tires.
the tech, after he took it for a ride showed me that the tires were cupping on the left side causing the problem.

Possibly could be the Primary Chain doing what it's supposed to do which is to go around in a loop really really fast!

Gas cap door button buzzing?
Shifter linkage loose?
Footboard rattle?
Exhaust heat shield rattle?

It is amazing how loud a loose Shifter linkage can get!

Another high pitch noise can be a final drive belt not properly aligned to the final drive sprocket. This will happen more as the bike gets up to temp.

I don’t see where you listed your model, but in the event it’s a touring, I’ll throw this at it;
Broken rear exhaust support bracket right above the starter motor, towards the left side.
