I wanted to go with vivid black but nobody in my area had that color. Then I chose black pearl and my wife didnt like it. I seen pewter denim and blue and I decided with what I wanted to do, I went with pewter. If I were to choose a different color, I woulda went with chrome wheels and not black. Its all preference, good luck.
I had the dealer put them both out in the sunlight, and the pewter was by far the better looking of the two. And the wife liked it more than she did the blue. It is easy to clean. And if I am parked next to other SG's, guess who get the attention?
i heard the colors were supposed to 'antique' after a few years. also that you have to clean it a certain way so it stays flat. any rubbing in the same area will make it shiny. thought it would be too much work to keep clean so i went with the black cherry.
