2006 Electra glide problems

I bought this 2006 screaming eagle Electra glide. Got it home messed with it a bit,it looked good. It was a dealer that I bought it from. On day three I called them cause it won't start and was leaving for thanksgiving to another state. They said bring it in and they will look at it for not starting. But looked the bike over again and noticed that the bottom bar on the frame is missing. Don't think that is a good thing.

If you mean frame cross member, maybe a hack cut it off to drop the oil pan instead of doing it properly. Oil pan drop usually means something like a bearing or tensioner had let go.
