I want to be seen. I'll leave my reflectors on. I did remove the "safety sticker" for the saddle bag guards though.

lol, the other day I was in the garage, pittering around on the bike. Ripped one of the reflectors off by hand. Went to the other side, and couldn't get the darn thing off. Guess I will try the fishing line trick this weekend. But, on one side, I am legal. LOL
Not to rain on the parade, but in MA if the bike came with reflectors and you want a inspection sticker they had better be on th bike. Now, not all inspection stations are picky but you may want to NOT throw those reflectors away, just put them in a box in case you need to put them back on.
Hagar is correct, in MA there is a enforcement directive that came from RMV telling inspection stations to fail any bike that does not have side reflectors. The same directive also covered lights, they have to be factory, or conform to DOT regs. Placement of the plate is also a hot issue.
I don't understand why you want to remove a device that might keep toy from getting T Boned pulling out of a parking lot, side street, or in a turn. When I got my soft lowers HD includes a set of reflectors for the forks since the stock reflectors are compromised when you but the covers on the crash bars. My bike has the reflector on the side of the front bumper that is part of my front fender.
