Default 10" bars

Iv done some reading and from what I can tell with the 10" bars I can use all the factory wiring to run internal and factory brake/clutch lines. I just wanna ask to make 100% sure iv been reading this correct before I tear my bike apart. Thanks in advance for the help

On my 2011 factory wires ran internally were fine just have to move connectors, break line had plenty left and I replace the clutch cable so I could route it though the factory hole in the faring. This was with khrome werks bagger bobber 10 in bars

I put 10" Kromewerkz Bobber Bars on my RK and had plenty of extra ... No worries , it can be done . Cutting the zip ties going into the headlight bucket will help you gain a couple more inches of wire id needed .

Pre Rushmore I can say that you'll need a clutch cable. I ran mine with the stock cable rerouted for one ride and hated it.

I've heard that Rushmore bikes can use the stock clutch line.

Rushmore started in 14...in case you don't know.

OP
Posted up a pic of my 10" KST Mayhem Bagger Bars in your other thread. My bike is a 14 and I didn't need wire or line extensions... did go with poly bushings.

Put 10" mini apes on my 05 RK Custom.
Used all the stock cables and lines, but the clutch and throttle cables are pretty tight, but work ok.
I did extend the wiring, wasn't that hard to do..
Rebent the brake line to fit, and cut the connectors under the nacelle to free up the cables.

My steed is an '08 RKC and went with Wildone 10" bars. Went with both brake and clutch lines. It was too tight when I turned left. For me a liked the look of having steel braided lines.
