Default Cop Bike

Just picked up a 98 FLHTP. Need to dump the cop seat, need to find a solo seat for short legs. Any suggestions and or picks would be appreciated.
Also I plan on keeping it fairly stock as I sometimes will use it for parade duty. How limited on modifications will I be with the fuel injection?

How short? I'm 5.7 with a 30 inch inseam and am running a mustang 2 piece touring seat along with a burley 1/2 lowering kit ( the kit will be for sale in a couple of weeks just found a deal on ebay for a set of progresssive 440 12" shocks) and I am able to flat foot with no air in the shocks

I have a mustang on my 99 FLHPI and love it. Can ride for hours, and go for more.

Why dump the seat? May not look to slick, but I have heard it is the most comfortable solo seat available, and with Mustang making a passenger pillon, I would just buy it and be done with it. Just my opinion, but seems to me you already have the most comfy seat out there. Get yourself some lowered shocks first, since you need that, and then test ride the solo seat for a bit with it. Again, JMO.
