Windshield bag ape hangers

I had a RK with the T-bag windshield bag and it was awesome. I just bought RK with ape hangers and the bag won’t fit. I want to be able to put my gps,in it when i’m parked.
Any suggestions?

Tilt your bars back a bit. I just installed 12" bars and I have the same problem. I'm going to try and tilt the bars back an inch or so and see how it feels. I have an Electra Glide so I'm sure there's a big difference. Just a suggestion.

When my T-Bags Windshield bag wore out I had a leather bag made. Ran some switched power into it so I can change my phone etc while traveling

Let's bump this. I have a RKS with 16" apes. I have a Freedom shield on the way, and am looking for a decent windshield bag. The ones that Harley offers look fairly small. My dad has the T-bag, but its says that it will not work with ape hangers. Not sure why. But it is discontinued anyway and I cannot seem to find any. I am thinking of putting gloves, ez pass, sunglasses in there among other things. Possibly running power up to it as well for a phone charger. What are my options here?? I have googled this with not many results, so hoping maybe I have missed something.
