Engine swap

Thinking about swapping a 2012 CVO 110 cu in motor into my 08 ultra classic.. Does anyone know if it will fit? Seems I remember the 08-09 having a different frame and mounts that newer ones...

They changed the frame in 2009, don't know if the exhaust crossover will work on an 08.

hadn't really thought about that. My 08 is converted to a trike and had true duals, so wonder if they would hook up the same....do you know if the 08 frame is the same as the 12..

The 08 is not the same. The changed the frame in 09-13 I believe, do not know if the 14 Rushmore's use that frame.

Should work a guy on here put a Rushmore engine in a 2007 touring bike.
dont remember his name,but you might can search on here and maybe find out more.
