The OP has already upgraded his suspension. Pro Actions in the rear and Legends in the front. The point of his post was to point out how Harley puts out bikes with crummy suspension, and his upgrades, Pro Action and Legend, have totally transformed the bike.

My 2-2bs were "CUSTOMIZED" to for all that weight, type of riding, % of time doing this, and % of time doing that, and they still SUCKED for the money spent on them. They were NO better than the H-D adjustable.
If the 2-2b Ohlins didn’t feel better than the stock junk, you either didn’t set them up right or there was something wrong with them. I have the same shocks on my 2017 RGS and they are way better than the junk that came on the bike.

YES!!!!!!! I love it when the Ohlins/Pro Action fans come out and argue that their purchase was better!!!!!! Can't wait for someone to recommend Progressives just to get run outa dodge!!!!
BTW......I have Progressive 944's dialed in perfectly and they are great........bring it on!!!!!!

I have progressives on my other bikes. They are great shocks. Will end up putting them on my ultra too.
Those are the 'entry level' Ohlins, there are two higher grades available as options.
agreed.
Honestly if you’re going the Ohlins route...go for the seperated shock (772’s), I believe they’re well worth the money over the emulsion offerings. I stop short of the remote reservoir though, while it’s better, it’s a rather expensive option
