Default Stupid Question

07 Street Glide. Is it possible to tell if the 103" conversion was done w/o tearing it down? Is there an identifying feature on visual inspection?

Wow is that a great question. I wouldn't think you could tell by looking but if they did there should be some sort of remap done with the computer and fuel system to compensate. Did it come with a tuner?

My 08 had a 103 kit from the previous owner. I knew about it in advance thankfully because it wasn't tuned properly. They had a fuelpak on it which wouldn't tell you. But if they had the SE tuner, you can load that up and read it and if done correctly should show the 103.

I am really curious to follow this to see if there is at tattle that gives it away. Then I am going to go look for it on mine.

My '09 Ultra Classic had been upgraded to a 103ci. The PO wasnt even sure, I had to comb through all of the dealership receipts to find that out. I wouldn't have known otherwise.

The previous owner said it has the 103" with the stage 1 pipe and breather. The latter two would have required a tune as well. I don't have any reason to doubt him especially given all of the other mods. It's pretty well full custom with mini apes, stretched bags, side skirts, floor boards, paint, LEDs, etc. I mean why do all of that and not the 103"?

Race someone with a 96... if you smoke him then you probably have a 103.

I bought a used Fatboy and didn’t know it had a 95 until I was riding with a friend that had a 95 and couldn’t get away from me. I dug up the original owners number and gave him a call and he confirmed Big Bore and Cam.
