Tell your bro he should have gotten a new tire put on 2k miles ago lol. They wear realllllllll fast once they get into that softer rubber below the treads.

Should have replaced tire earlier, however if it's on a 2009 or newer bike, he could mount a car tire.

195 / 16 usually available at Wally world.

Couple of c clamps and long pry tools. Off and on.

Not best, his call totally. But if he has to be on his way. A solution.

Of course this does assume he can change a motorcycle tire. Maybe a solution he is not capable of implementing or does not want to implement.
