Besides Harley, how makes a good rain suit. Currently use Frog Toggs but they are wearing out and are being retired to the golf bag. Really like Harley's stuff but could use a little better price (I'll sacrifice the logo)

I have a set from Motorport that is over ten years old. Still one of the best investments I ever made.

I just bought what is probably Harley's lowest priced rain suit. It's the black and orange set that rolls up into a small "log". Paid $100 bucks. Two days after I bought it, I rode in a poker run, and it rained non-stop all day. The only thing wet at the end of the day was my gloves and boots.
Seemed like agood deal to me for that price.

I have that exact same suit - and while it's not for heavy duty touring it works great if you get caught in a sudden shower. It compresses really small too - I keep it in my saddlebag and barely know it's there. Also, the legs won't melt and ruin your pipes..unlike some other ones.

This is the best deal out there. It is amazing quality for the money - better than suits that cost more than twice as much.

I have a set of First gear. They keep me dry in some really heavy rains. I,ve used them 4 days in BMRC and about 10 days since last year. No sigh of wear, but they arent cheap.

If I were you I'd just get a new set of frogtogs. They are the best rainsuit I've ever had. I've rode in many frog strangler rainstorms and they keep you dry as a bone, light weight and breath, so you don't get as wet from sweat as you would from the rain like nylon suits.

Tourmaster makes different levels of very nice rain suits. The one that compare with the 100 dollar HD ones cost 60
