Get a set of springs for your weight (racetech is a good source and helpful if you call)
Add racetech gold valves or ricor intiminators. Cheap and very effective, much more so than just changing oil.

Update. Changed the oil to type E and put in 317 ml in each fork in the 2010 limited with the 41 mm fork tube. The new oil improved the front end a lot. The 25 dollars for the oil was the easy route. I will be changing the fork oil yearly. This seemed to be the best option till I decide what to do next
