$150+ to change the oil on a motorcycle? and people do it?

I have a receipt from the PO of my bike for $1000. He got two tires and an oil change.

Funny it cost the same to 3 hole a hooker as it does to get 3 holed at HD.

I guess it depends on what comprises an "oil change" . If it's all three oils plus filters and gaskets, plus labor time, then it's not a bad price for it to be done at the dealership.

I just looked at the Harley website and it's $75 for the 4 qt SYN kit alone.

Yeah but with the 3 hole hooker at least you're not the one taking it in the tar knot.
