When I upload a custom POI named IL3 - Town, the GPS will try to find directions then it gives me a google error. I updated the software to the latest in Jan 2019. I have a 2018 Road Glide Ultra. I have read that you cannot use any special characters. But I do not know how to change the name. Any ideas?

 

With the latest update, I could not SAVE a named address destination. I went back to the previous update, I have read that will solve it. I have not tried it though.




Maybe that is your problem?..........John

 

i had the same problem with my 2016. The .2 update wouldnt save so matter what so I went back to .1
