They are using refurbs from to fulfill orders for warranty replacement
because they haven't had enough new on the shelves.
Besides the new ones would of had the same problems unless they did a production run upgrade.
Besides a refurb has had a HANDS on repair as compared to an assembly line automated process. So if the tech was any good, you shouldn't have any more problems.
