Good morning all...been awhile since I had a problem to ask about
I noticed a squeak from my right side the other day. Upon inspection, I noticed that there is some rust in the area of where the mount meets the muffler and its separated on one side, vibrating and causing the squeaking noise (it's the the rubber bushing issue). My question is with regards to repairing this. Can/should it be done? Or is it time to replace, these are 10 years old.
It can be repaired. Have to ask yourself if its worth repairing though. Short on cash, get it fixed. If you have the coin for new ones get the new ones for sure. The other one might not be far behind
