Damn! Sure would like to have something to trade in for that also, but my first born is already taken, besides the dealer told me they will take anything in on trade as long as they don't have to feed it.

I sold my 13' R1200RT to get the same bike. Riding home from thee dealer was a huge disappointment. $3,300 dollars later for suspension work made it a more tolerable ride, but still not the "effortless ride" of the BMW.

Yep. It’s not the same ride as the BMW but after 15 years time for a change. I had a RK and traded in for an R9T. Sold that after 4 years and got a Sporty. Funnest bike I have ever ridden. Not doing the big touring anymore so the RT goes.
I have to ask what did you have to do suspension wise that cost $3300?
