Default Front stabilizer link and bracket from Harley

I have a 2011 ultra classic .
I am replacing the stock stabilizer link and bracket with chrome ones from Harley.
I know they were yellow lock tighted in but are they torqued???
Really didnt seem all that tight but putting them back I'd like to be sure and cant seem to find anything online or the book really.
Thank for any help...
