What’s up guys ! Hoping someone can help. Just put a new oil pump and chain tensioners on my 05 ultra classic but now I lost spark (or something) to the front piston. When I take the plug out and clean it the bike fires right but if I turn it off it won’t fire up again. Almost like it’s flooding out. The front plug comes out super black and the rear one is normal. Not sure what would cause this. Wanna say thanks ahead time for any suggestions
Check compression in both cylinders first and compare them with the specs, its easy and you were just in the cam chest. Or check for spark on the front cylinder first, then compression.

Start where you were sticking your dick pullers...probably either it is not firing or the intake valve is not closing ...
Not sure about the 05 but on my 15 the plug wires must be hooked up to the cylinder that they came from, Not like an evo or shovel where the coil fires both plugs everytime
