Default 2 ACC Connectors?

Hello, Everyone.
I'm trying to hook up a usb port to charge a phone on my 2013 Road King.
After reading alot of posts and following wiring diagrams, I've become a bit confused.
Questions:
Is the acc connector under the seat in front of the battery (see photo 1) or is the ACC connector the 90 degree connectors under the handlebars (see photo 2)
Which connector will power off when the bike is switched off.

I used the spade connectors in your bottom photo to power my GPS. It is switched on and off with the ignition.

It's definitely not the ones under handlebars, although there are connectors in that area that you could pull switched power off of for a GPS/phone.

And I don't think the first picture is your ACC plug either. You're in the right area, but I thought it was a 4-pin Deutsch plug. They tend to be plugs with more than two pins, regardless.

They were 4-pin Deutsch for certain years, now on the newer bikes they're 3-pin Molex (they also moved from in front of the battery to under the right side cover).

Those spade connectors are in the headlight bucket. I didn't feel the need to correct him as he found the connectors and they are the right ones. I think that they are extra lighting on the export models.

I ended up using the spade connectors. Everything is working as needed (charger shuts off when bike is shut off).
Interesting thing about 2013 Road Kings: it seems to be the only year the foglight switch was wired for the right switch.
So I'm wondering if the 2 pin connector in front of the battery was different for 2013 as well (or it could be the connector for an antenna?).
Thanks, folks for your help as my phone serves as my GPS and music player as well.
Cheers,
Rudy
