Default 2000 Ultra Tour Pack question

Went and test rode a 2000 Ultra tonite I am thinking of purchasing. Has stock seat with driver backrest. The wife seems a little crowded between the backrest and the tour pack. Is there a kit or a mod to move the pack back a few inches? Any help or advice greatly appreciated. Thanks and ride safe, Mark

There is some adjustment on the mounting. Look & see if it has already been moved back as far as it will go..

I don't think there is any adjustment on a 2000 tour pack. At least there wasn't on mine. I installed the Kuryaken kit that moves the tour pack back 2". Mama loves it! You can also use the George Anderson kit that is spoken of highly by members of this forum. Do a search for George and you will see plenty of info about his kit.

I had a riders backrest on mine and hated it. Not enough room for me and the wife couldn't rub up against me enough!! Took the backrest off and all is good!
