Remember to spend your money wisely in the proper order. Comfort, performance, and last and very last, looks. Don't spend money on cool chrome doodads when you really need a new seat or handle bars. Dressed out bikes look cool but me personally, if I can't see it from the saddle, I don't need it.
I ride a 2016 Ultra Limited and have owned it since mile #1. The one thing I would suggest before "comfort" is safety. One of the weaknesses I identified on the Limited is the front turn signals. The difference in brightness between the running light mode and the turn signal mode is so small it can easily be missed by other drivers. Custom Dynamics LED replacement turn signals would be my first suggestion. The addition of a rider backrest would be my second suggestion. You'll figure out the rest as you put miles on that machine. Good luck.

Great comment on safety. My newest is a 2013 so I am not familiar with the lighting on the newer models. I know the head lights are better but I've never paid attention to the other lights.

The O.E. front turn signals on the 2016 are 2 filament incandescent bulbs. When the signals are activated they alternate from bright (running lights) to brighter (turn signal mode). In a perfect world I felt the change in brightness should be greater to attract the attention of all the automobile drivers on their cell phones. The Custom Dynamics LED front turn signal replacements also operate as running lights and alternate between "off" to "bright" when they are in turn signal mode. I thought that was a significant improvement and well worth the price. As an aside, I have found Custom Dynamics to be an excellent company to do business with either on a direct basis or thru my dealer. YMMV.

My 2019 cvo sg came with LED signals, I replaced them with custom dynamics pro beams the 1st week. They are much brighter than the HD led's. I would change the rears also but I dont think custom dynamics has a replacement for the cvo rear light bars, I didnt see one on their sight anyway.

Are the CVO light bars you are referring to the ones located just under the bag lids?
No sir, I called them bars but it's just the stock rear lights on the cvo, not the normal round bullet lights.
Got it. I replaced my rear brake light with the Custom Dynamics low profile Probeam light this year. Also added the Magic Strobes Brake Light Flasher module. Very satisfied Custom Dynamics customer.
