Risers on an RK?

Risers on an RK?
Love the bars on my RK, but they need to be 4 or 5 inches higher. Considered the Heritage bars, but don't want to give up what I currently have. Anyone put risers on?
The HD catalog shows some, and with the converter for the fork lock, would be easy. But the price for the risers is over $100. Seems like that's terribly expensive! I know, it's a Harley. But are there any others out there?
