I have a spare set of Ohlins and was wondering if someone can tell me which is better, if any; the installed ones in yellow have a 00180-78 spring and the black ones have a 00281-68 spring and came with a spare spring 00180-79 in yellow. I was going to send one set out to Motorcycle Metal and sell the other set. Black is my spare set, yellow is installed Black spare set part number Yellow part number

Back the camera off a little bit, and get the whole shock in the picture. Does the shock with the yellow spring have a sweep valve at the bottom?
The black model is a Harley-dedicated version, going by its part number. The other one looks like a base model, with no damper adjustments, also that part number doesn't relate to any model I can identify.
Ok, thanks. No sweep valve. Looks like a base model emulsion shock with preload adjust only. Not a bad shock at all, just on the lower end (read: least expensive) of the Ohlins line of products.
