Just my luck.....
The fluorescent light bulb fixture above my bike shorted out and melted wire insulation on my windshield. So I'm wondering if goo gone or goofoff is safe on stock windshields?

I dont know but tend to think it isnt. You might try some vegetable oil or maybe bug slide or WD 40 first. My wife said hair spray might work also.
