Boom 6.5 no gps audio

For some reason I lost the audio voice directions on my boom 6.5 gps. The prompt volume is turned up, external speakers selected and no voice directions. As far as I can tell everything is set correctly. But, something clearly is wrong. Is there something I’m not checking?? It went from working fine to not working, so I have no idea what caused this. Any insight would be appreciated! ( I have a 2018 Ultra Classic)

Sure you have external speakers selected for navigation prompts? That's all I can think of.

I will double check mine but I just returned from a 4400 mile trip. About 60% of the time I had no prompts. Sometimes I would start with prompts and then for no reason at all I would loose it. Another guy with me had the same issue. He has a 2017 and I have the 2018 ultra limited.
