I want more torque in the 2000=3500 range. 2016 Streetglide with high flow air cleaner, Vance and Hines true duals, and Vance and Hines Fuelpack tuner. Any suggestions on what cam to use and will I need to upgrade the pushrods and get a better race tuner?

I believe you can use the stock pushrods on either of these cams. If you have the FP3, Vance & Hines can provide you with a tune that will work for your setup.

My Dyno guy talked to me about a cam uograde. He was pushing the S&S MR103 cams. He said he would do it for 1200 OTD with a Dyno tune. I currently have a AC and full exhaust I ride mostly 2500-4000k.

If you want more torque in the 2500-3500 range, losing the true duals is the first step...

You might want to try just losing the true duals and then get a good tune... without changing the cams...

If losing the duals & tuning doesn't get you enough low end torque, these cams are all solid choices....

Good luck with your decision...

X2. I'm running the 48H's myself with stock pushrods. After dyno tune with SEPST I've got over 100 tq from 1500-4000 rpm.

I'd recommend taking the opportunity to upgrade lifters while you're at it.

Yes, they are Dresser Duals. I don't like the looks of the 2 into 1 pipes. What exhaust would improve torque?

Those are the absolute worst of the true dual set ups for robbing you of performance. I felt the same way about a 2/1 looks wise at first but now I they look cool. More of like a hot rod. Most companies make a "ghost" pipe for their 2/1 pipes

You don't have to use a 2:1 system to get good torque. I have an S&S header that has a hidden crossover, making it a 2:1:2 system. There are many other brands that offer the same configuration.
