By chance have you looked between the rear tire and fender to see if the wiring harness is all skinned up? Pretty common problem.

Yes, there are no scuff marks or any sign of damage on the harness under the fender.

" I unplugged the main plug from the harness, and problem went away. When I plugged it back in, the problem was gone again."

Have you sprayed both sides of that plug with electrical contact cleaner and put it back together again? It seems that "refreshing" the connection between one of those connectors solves the problem temporarily. Perhaps cleaning the pins would make the 'fix a bit more permanent.

Too bad Jebby the scuffed wires would have been very easy

I like Dickey's simple solution, hit even # of bumps, but if it was the switch why doesn't it blink? The switch gives an input to the TSM and the TSM gives a pulsating output.

When the RT blinker comes on solid does the front Rt, rear Rt and turn signal indicator all come on?

Does the Rt signal work as it should with the switch? If the light comes on solid and you turn the rt turn signal on, when the turn signal goes off is the rt turn still on solid?

OK, my apologies for late post. Had to order parts, wait for them to arrive, and for time off with good weather to work on the bike. SO....changed the rear circuit board, changed the rear harness, changed both blinker switches, and now the only change is that i cannot get it to work properly. I was riding a few days ago, and it was freaking out as usual. The last bump I hit was a good one. The blinker hasn't turned off since. Keep in mind, when I say it is on, I mean it is lit up and just stays lit up, no blinking. I used to be able to unplug and replug the rear harness and the problem would reset it set. Now, it just stays steady on.

Guess I need to change the TSM? Any other ideas?

All grounds look good and ohm out. All connections look fine, but I did take the time to clean them up and let them dry for a day before replugging. I used electrical cleaner.

Yes, both come on solid. When they are solid, they will not blink if i use the signal, they stay solid. I can even turn on hazards (both flashers by pressing both switches) and the left one blinks fine front and rear, but the right front and rear are solid on still

I don't believe you have a ground problem. A bad ground usually is indicated by a feedback and shows a dim light in the circuit or a light won't work . I feel you have a feed into the light circuit where it is is a matter of tracing the wires to find a cross feed as you have eliminated the switches which is the obvious source. Unfortunately finding a problem on the forum isn't going to happen.
It's peculiar that you unplugged the rear wiring and it would go away until this last change. Kinda sounds like the tssm but no guarantee. Following: Good Luck, they can be quite a challenge.

You can find the schematics at this site:
https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson.com/sip/

Sure makes me think the TSM is not working right. http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche....UIT%20BREAKERS

I would measure the voltage going to the TSM for the Rt blinker and make sure it is 12V +, same with output from TSM to Rt lights. Inspect all connectors to make sure pins are good , positioned well and clean.

Ok new discovery. I unplugged the TSM. The right blinker stayed solid. It only goes off if I unplug the rear harness, either under the seat or behind the tail light

Any chance one of the running light filaments in the dual element bulbs broke and makes contact with the turn signal filament?
