Update on CH
Being a process engineer I always follow design imtent. Being a design engineer I'm sure you took into acount the angle of mounting, wind direction and vortex around the faring creating a low pressure area just above the bottle cap and prolonged exposure to ultra violent rays. Question.. Did this product meet all Expectation and Criteria of design intent? Just a little fun.. Thanks and enjoy the ride.
Yes I did take into consideration the angle and position on the bars. A lot of that had to do with what happens when I lock the forks over. At that point the bottom of said CH clears the tank by .750" +_ .005"
The vortex of wind is not enough at 75 MPH to achieve a "suction" liftoff of a empty 20 oz bottle with cap secured. Have not tested above 75 yet.
UV is only a factor when riding as I cover when parked.
Product meets all expectations with the exception of:
Product should come standard with a koozy
Product should come in other colors besides basic black
I use my CH every chance I get. Coffee in the mornings and when it is below 70 degrees. Coke or bottled water at other times. I have noticed that is is beneficial when riding with a 20 oz Coke product to have a cap removal system ( wife on the pilion) to avoid putting the shiny side down.

I've been riding all day and couldn't wait to see you're reply. I knew you would get a kick out of my post being of the same profession . I did however need to convert you're measurement to metric . THANKS for a great chuckle. Good attitude .. Enjoy the fall riding..
You shouldnt have had to convert though, Inventor 10 will do that for you with one click of the mouse. That is unless you are using an older version of Autocad.
(One last Hurrah)
I will enjoy the fall riding. Wife and I are going on a toy run saturday and I am riding to work everyday. Love it.

Hey no1likhim. Is there no spill over from the content at high speed?
None. I have been pleased with that. Coffee in a foam cup with the plastic "sippy" lid from the Pilot Station comes the closest, but no spills yet.
