They do, but I don't know if I'd recommend. I had a set (chrome) on a 14 Dyna and saw a black set. However the Dyna's overtime, call it about 15 months, and the fuel one would stick, it wouldn't pop open without really trying, finally leading to it not popping open at all without the assistance of small screwdriver to pry it open, and then it wouldn't pop down. Past the tiny warranty HD offers on these. Flash forward to my new to me 2004 Road King and the previous owner installed about 2 years ago. The fuel level lights do not always illuminate or illuminate just say 3 out of 6 on a full tank, but then later will illuminate, as well the fuel cap side is starting to exhibit the same issues I had on the 14 Dyna. For the price, I'd look aftermarket.
