2013 road glide limp mode

2013 road glide limp mode
have a 2013 road glide with a 103 it's been going into limb mode( no throttle will hold 1500 rpms hard to start) After it cools works ok. I get three codes P1511 EFI Power Management Mode, P2100 EFI Motor Circuit Open, P0031 Front HO2S low/open is it a ECM problem or EFI motor bad. any info would be helpful

did all that still does it turn power on and you can hear a load clunk come from it like its resetting run for 2 minutes fine then back into limp mode next I put my hand on the motor and can feel the clunk and it gets hot quick. ordered a new throttle body assembly we will see in a couple of days.
