Boom Black Background

Default Boom Black Background
Hey All, I have searched and looked at the Boom manual and still can't figure out how to make my background black again.
It's a 2018 SG with the 6.5 Boom head unit. I did a "Pre Calib. Reset" per Biketronics and I now have an orange background.

Can anyone help me get back to black?.....(Great, now I got that song in my head)

May or may not help on your '18, but on my '16 if I hold the "i" button on my right handgrip in for several seconds it changes my Boombox background from light to dark, or dark to light.

No luck so far. I went through the color chart and black is not an option and default is orange...….

In the display menu, select Colors, then select Night Colors. It may not be black, but the background is darker.

I have a 6.5GT unit from an 18 on mine, and there is no black color option. I think the CVO’s have different setting options, Is yours a CVO?
