Tru Duals cracking?????

anyone heard anything about the rear pipe mount at the head cracking due to the rigid mount pipe and rubber mounted motor???? just ordered a set and was told this

A couple of years ago or so, Rinehart redesigned the bracket for the rear cylinder due to some brackets breaking. The redesigned bracket has apparently solved the problem. When I bought mine at the time, BUB supplied the redesigned bracket. Buying a set now you shouldn't have the issue.

hacker pipes offers a lifetime warranty on their stainless steel pipes. had a set on for past three years and no issues.

I also had my brackets replaced for free by Bub.

Have had true duals on my 124" RK for 4 yrs no problem.The first time I've heard that.Where are they supposed to be cracking?

I replaced the bracket a few months ago. Had the exhaust since 2003 with no problem but changed the bracket to be on the safe side. The new bracket is a lot thicker. Even though the old bracket was in good shape the weld for the bracket seemed to be coming apart.
