Broken mounts on the faring! So that can’t be that bad of a fix? Right? And when you say both you mean both faring mounts right? Not faring and engine mount??

These are fairing mounts I did in an Electra Glide (the orange parts), took me about 6 beers to do it as I recall. Oh yeah I heard that! Yes message me tomorrow for sure and let me know about some areas you go ride out on the open road away from these ***ot *** four wheelers lol, valley of fire is the only place I’ve taken her! My wife is to scared to ride but she’ll come around soon enough!

thank you for your knowledge! I’m thankful! This is a great forum! Honestly I have to pull myself off it or else I’ll be on it all night picking brains lol
If your bike sat in someone's garage in Vegas for 13 years, that engine mount could be rotted from the heat. With mileage that low, I doubt the fairing mounts have cracked.
I would tend to agree,my fairing mounts broke but it took somewhere between 50K and 100K miles before I noticed a problem.
You must not have enough posts for the private message feature here, I tried. Keep posting, then send me your number. I'm going to go watch the Boise State game now, and I'll check here in the morning.
