flipped tail light
Hi Gang, I'm looking to put the license plate below the tail light, have been looking around but can't find a tail light that would work.
Ideas appreciated, also if it comes with the license bracket even better.

There is a bracket available that allows you to move it under the stock tail light. Then you could change out the lens to get rid of the white light window on the top. Most states require a lighted plate, I was considering lighted bolts for the license plate. All available from places like JP cycle

The recent production machines have a tail light/license plate mount bar with an integral light just above the plate. A different tail light lens and simple plate mount may be the least expensive way to go, but you might want to see if a lighted tail light/plate mount bar is too expensive. I would like to move my plate to below the tail light also, but it isn't worth much trouble or expense to me. Have you or a passenger nicked an ankle on the license plate when swinging a leg over the bike? Can't believe Harley ever thought the plate ABOVE the tail light was a good idea.

By looking at your sig i assume that its the '07 you want to make this change on. I have an '07 Roadking and i have relocated the plate, I purchased the entire taillight and turn signal assembly for an '09 Street Glide. it bolts right on. looks way better IMO.
