30 degrees here with a couple of inches of snow on the ground,2nd day of deer season, standing around the fire pit drinking beer with all the guys from downstate.Look forward to it every year. But i looked at the bike in the garage as I took off with a tear in my eye.
it FINALLY got below 90 around here ( daytime with 75% + oppressive humidity) and it was a nice but overcast 72 today.... did 110 miles on the 13 today, and 160 on the 03 on Thursday...
It went below 70 for the first time since late May the other night.
People I was riding with today had their heated grips on and the old ladies were going thru the tour packs looking for scarves and gloves.....
I was laughing at them, I had a sweatshirt and my high viz mesh jacket on.... left the face shield up the whole ride.
i think the high today was 37 and going down to 23ish tonight. though i have to say 90 is about my limit too lol but have ridden at 101* and that wasn't fun
So November is usually one of my favorite months to ride with average temps in the upper 60's to mid 70's but tomorrows forecast is for 90 deg. F. and that is right at the upper limit of my comfort level.
