The busa should be in the 200 HP range, but it matters not who has the most HP, torque, extended swing are length, etc etc etc... all that counts is who gets to the end first without red lighting or breaking out.
I don't care if one is on a Schwinn and the other on a Columbia.... the best rider can beat the best equipment, and if the best rider has the best equipment under their **** they will win.
PS there are still quite a few Vega's and Monza's out there kicking *** on the track... a few Ford Falcon's too
PS a stock ZX14r ( 15K MSRP with ABS and traction control) with a professional rider, strapped front end and a drag tire does 9.05 , a Busa with the same tire/strap runs a 9.35
