So I had a bad leak in the rear check valve on my 2001. Figured instead of chasing leaks around the orings Id just replace the whole valve so I popped the clip off of the return valve, the one that was leaking, removed it and ordered a new one.
it is now weeks later and Ive finally gotten around to finishing up the job and I cant for the life of me remember where I need to connect this dang fuel line. If anyone could help me out Id greatly appreciate it.
Been seeing a lot of "Deleted" posts lately and it's got me wondering. Are they deleted by the guy who posted it because they have a change of heart and no longer feel the same way about what they posted 60 seconds later? Or do mods delete them because they feel the post may be in THEIR opinion of bad taste or break the forum rules?

Just wondering.......
I'd guess it's due to a change of heart...
I believe if the mods delete a post, the entire post is removed, not just their words.....

It's probably just wording/label differences, or I'm having a brain fart, but I cannot picture what you are talking about... "rear check valve" on a "fuel line"....????

Im speaking of the 2 quick disconnect fittings on the bottom of the tank.
The question about where I need to connect the line I was referring to inside the tank. As far as I can see there isnt an obvious spot because the high pressure and the filter hoses are connected.
It's been a while since I worked on a MM EFI, but as I recall the return line just dumps into the right side of the tank, and doesn't connect to anything. If I'm understanding your question correctly.

For me - I've had to delete a few replies recently because the page format includes a related thread at the bottom of the current thread. When I first use the "end" key it takes me to the last post of the current thread. If I go to the end, then back up to reference a post then use the "end" key again I get positioned at the bottom of the related thread and not the current thread. So when I do reply it winds up in the related thread. I'm not a fan of that functionality.
Before I deleted my post it read: "WTF are you talking about", but then I thought maybe I was being dumb in not knowing what the op was talking about. So I deleted it.
When you see one of my posts deleted, the reason is I started typing before putting my brain in gear...
