Note the volume on the video is off by default, one needs to turn it on.

A guy in the video makes a comment "brand new zero miles"....

Could've been demo bikes from the factory. There are always full bikes in the dumpster with prototype parts and stuff like that that gets destroyed right from harley. I've seen the bikes in the dumpsters first hand.

I am sure that the sheet metal would be safe to use, being labeled as unsafe could not mean every part is dangerous to reuse. Let buyer beware, I would for one would be willing to take them off their hands free of charge so they would not have to pay someone to do the work to destroy them.
