go with the custom dynamics ringz. i have them on my 2019 and they are great. they give a little extra light down and to the side at night with the white running light, but when operating as a turn signal, the white goes out. as mentioned above, ciro sells a set as well. both companies offer a military discount, and both companies are reported to have great customer service. i can attest to the custom dynamics, but not ciro on that one.
while you're looking at the custom dynamics website, they have a lot of stuff for road glides now. leds along the lower edge of the windshield, by the lower fairing vents, saddlebag latches, etc.

Just make sure to follow the instructions regarding running the flashers for a few minutes to allow the BCM to "learn" the load.
