After doing my winter front end mods and adding a new HogWorkz LED headlight the stock trim ring that I powder coated just didn’t cut it for me, so I went in the search for a new 7” trim ring. I didn’t one want to be flash and stick to far out so after searching I gave HogWorkz HW131386 a try.
Getting the bottom screw right was a little bit pain in the *** to align as I needed to bend the screw on the mounting ring down a bit, but after that I think the fit and finish is way better. This new trim ring also comes with a new rubber gasket that you have to make sure to place around the groove as I tried to capture below. Here are a few pics along with measurement of how far the LED light sticks out using the stock trim ring.
