Through some conversations with Dynojet, I believe the "Eliminator" removal from kits and instructions plus the DJ Tech's"recommendation" of removal was Forced by the EPA
Just like the manufacture of the "EX" model for California (particularly on PC3) that restricted the adjustment of "Cells"

I had the full PC5 and sensors. Took them off when I put in an S&S motor. The PC5 worked great, but couldn't turn off the compression release feature and I kept getting check engine light. The S&S doesn't use comp release because it uses easy start cams.

I had the PCV on my 13 Fatboy with the O2 bypass/eliminators and had constant problems with it throwing the check engine code. Code was one of the O2 sensors. I got the PC from Fuel Moto and the first year they sent me new eliminators a couple times, they would last a month or so and back to code throwing. I finally took the thing off, sold on eBay and it ran great from then on. Stage 1 only.
