Anyone ever see a report that shows who sells the most bikes and who is growing sales or loosing sales?
Might be an interesting read.

 

well i assume you mean brands, but don't forget that it also has to do with what kind of bikes your talking about. Japanese and Euro bikes tend to sell many different kind of bikes, ie sport, off-road, etc.

HD, as far as we are concerned is a cruiser bike. We'll leave Buell as a seperate brand, but i don't know if they include those figures in their total sales count.

The last i had heard Hd had overtaken Honda, but i haven't paid attention recently. This was a few years ago.

 

I know honda dealers in my state are still advertising brand new 2005 model VTX's at reduced prices, never seen any left over harleys out there even 6 months after the new models hit the floor.

 

In the US, HD outsells japan.inc. But, Triumph sales are growing the fastest.
