Want the short version,
Dealer is really just going to re-flash with a HD approved tune, and will be leaving HP on the table for a street use bike. The big one here is right off idle, and HD has to keep the bike lean in this area to pass emissions since pretty much the throttle area that your going to be using for cruising..
So on that note, check with what your local after market turners are using for software, and that will be the way you want to go. Hence more than a few options for turning software, but if the only turner using a specific software is states away, not going to do you much good unless you take the bike to him to tune.
